Welcome to My Simple Recipes! I live on a farm in rural Iowa and have a view of food that is probably a bit unique when compared to other people. The focus of My Simple Recipes is to share easy ways to eat healthy and maybe change the way you think about everyday cooking. One of the things that makes me feel healthy is to simply go outside and forage from the naturally growing plants around me. Grass, weeds, and wild berries are all fair game.
