Last weekend Keith had a fantastic idea to do our own Iron Chef challenge where we would choose a few recipes we've never tried before and invite a few friends over for dinner. We chose some tempting recipes from my Nigella Express. Unfortunately we organized this dinner a bit last minute so no one was able to come over and eat with us. Honestly I didn't really mind that. More for me! I think we look like happy sailors on the good ship Jelly Belly in this photo. haha!

Okay, so it was only for a day but it was a magical day and I dream of going back permanently. We had an offsite on Friday where I got to try my hand at walking the tightrope (only 3 feet off the ground), trampolining (I'm hooked! And the flying trapeze (30 feet in the air! It's a crazy rush and so much fun!

There was lots of music, art and other random stuff. Some lady had her poor dogs dressed up. I felt bad for them but let Will pet them anyway. Will played a few carnival games that they had there. Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Preschool graduation didn't go quite like we hoped it would. All was wonderful. except for the weather. It was very, very rainy. The graduation was supposed to be an outside ceremony followed by a barbecue, but of course there were some last minute changes. For the ceremony we were still mostly outside. It was cold and wet, but the kids didn't seem to mind. Will was so happy and proud and was constantly smiling. Who is that girl behind the pole with a head too small for her body?

Mickayla was in the play Annie. She played an orphan and also Lily St. Rigis. Most all of the pictures I have are videos. I don't know how to down load them yet. Oh the weather outside if fightful. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow." This picture was taken when we had 6 inches of snow. We got three more last night and it is snowing again right now. REALLY SNOWING. Wednesday, April 28, 2010. Sunday Joel and I met up again with our Kids at the Cougar Mountain Zoo. Its a very small, and not too busy zoo. I think the kids liked the animal statues more than the actual animals. The Zoo sells cut up apples that you can feed to some of the animals.
