Sunday, April 8, 2018. Recapping 3 and on 4. Did 50 minutes of cardio. So today is a rest day. Girl here has things to do today. I planned out my food. Places to go today. Thursday, December 22, 2016. I lost weight. A lot of weight. 165 pounds. An entire person. I ran a 1/2 marathon and then another one. I completed a sprint triathlon and then an olympic one. I did ALL OF THAT! ThenI changed jobs and didn't have to be the girl that lost weight and did races. I gained some weight. THENmy son was diagnosed with leukemia.
