An easy, yummy and healthy recipe, which can be enjoyed as a quick breakfast or morning tea. Perfect for cool days. Free from refined flour and sugar. Low in fat. Delicious! 2 cups wholemeal SRF. 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil. 2 eggs, room temp. 3 medium sized, ripe bananas. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Preheat oven to 170oC. Line a loaf tin with baking paper. In a small saucepan over a low heat, melt honey and butter (or coconut oil). Set aside to cool slightly. Mash bananas and set aside. You may use these.

One Ingredient Honey Toffee Crisps. Quick and simple snack that little ones (and big ones) love! They also make a beautiful (and healthy) garnish or decoration for your yummy cakes. 3 tbsp pure honey. Drizzle honey over a baking tray lined with baking paper. (can add chopped nuts or dried fruit if desired). Bake at 180 C for approx 5 minutes until bubbling and golden. Let cool and break into pieces. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Wholefood Snickers Slice (refined sugar free). This slice has an amazing, fudge-y texture with the crunch of the roasted peanuts.
