Stockpot add about 2qts water (i’m the worlds worst measurer) or enough to cover:. 3 regular potatoes – quarter, and then quarter again (or 8th’ed? 2 large red potatoes – same as above. 1 sweet potato (optional, I had this in the pantry). 1 onion – chopped 3 celery ribs – chopped.
