Friday, December 26, 2008. Safari Lagoon, Desa Water Park, Cameron, Bukit Tinggi Berjaya Hills. So I was all set for a long trip again. We woke up early on Xmas and embarked on the journey. The checkpoint was rather clear at 5.45 and we were soon in JB heading for NSH. Saturday, November 08, 2008. My car or the aeroplane. We came in this. Where to get my luggage? I am going to build this for my science project. It looked interesting enough for me to come down from the car to check the place out. True enough, it was an Air Force museum with some exhibits of some disused planes and helicopters. There was even an exhibit of a Missile launcher, not an everyday sight. Go up must take aeroplane. Two zombies from outer space. So cool, like computer game. Links to this post.

Monday, February 15, 2010. Today Mall, Sutera Mall. CNY jam. But luckily, we cleared in 45mins. Secret recipe at Permas Jusco. Aiyah, the money changer was closed. Year of the Tiger, checked. Mummy eating Kid's meal. Even the entrance seemed unfinished. D and I had fun with a game of pool which she lost miserably, of course. Ah, we like to play this too. Arriving at Sutera Mall. Hey, it is big here. Got CNY tong chiang tong chiang. Nice pond outside the Mall. We were hungry, this looked interesting.

Thursday, March 04, 2010. Blast to the Past. This is outside of my normal writeup about driving trips. But thanks to a friend, I discovered this quaint shop located at Ann Siang Hill (behind Amoy Street Hawker Centre). It is quite a new shop, and from what I see, a kind of cafe nostalgic knick knacks. The Shop name is "K Ki". (In Hokkien, very polite). It is Japanese for something else. I feel like I am in Europe. What a strange name. People having coffee and cakes inside. All very neatly packed.

Sunday, December 06, 2009. Relax Fishing At Rakit Atan. Nothing to shout about for this trip to the Rakit. But this was the first time for KT and Zul as well as two of their friends that came along. The morning started rather abruptly with a call from Zul in the morning. We were all woken up by the ringing phone. Then we realized that we had past the meeting time and they were all waiting at our block downstairs. Driving the country road. True enough, when we were returning, the place was much quieter.

Saturday, October 31, 2009. Chermin Fever On Ah Fong Boat. Just yesterday, it rained dogs and cats. And even on the morning itself, it was raining relentlessly.
