Anyway… less of me… I had a tough week, we all do. It is part of working in education. We can never please all. I please the students and I please the parents, increasingly I please colleagues who doubted me at first. Next week will be better. I’m ready for it. And so will the future of education in this country, be better.

And then they just stayed in their basket. A combination of busy family life, procrastination, fear, who knows, but eventually the little basket made its way to our workshop/storage while we moved house and each time I saw it I felt a pang of sadness that I hadn’t made the quilt.
