Having Babies Make Your Hair Curl? When I was little, I always wanted curly hair. I totally blame the 80's perm craze. I've always had the thickest hair on the planet.so attempts to curl or perm it were usually disastrous. It would either come out too curly or not curly enough. I actually remember PRAYING to God, asking to have curly hair. Seriously! Not fair, God. My hair is now curly! I kid you not! It's weird how things work out sometimes! 2 of your thoughts. Tonight I had the privilege of seeing Kate Gosselin speak. (Major thanks to LB for thinking of me and getting FREE tickets to me). I must say that Kate looked WON-DER-FUL. The Empress' New Shoes. Recently, we got Lorelai her 1st pair of "big girl" shoes. At 13 months, she still doesn't walk.but she has gotten quite excited about crawling outside.especially on the pavement. Of course, crawling on the pavement soon led to a deeply scratched toe that has yet to heal, so we decided it was time to get her some shoes to protect her feet. Some of the week's highlights:. I finally got a good deal on some sweat suits at Old Navy for Lorelai. This one cost me $16, but we got a second one for $6! Tim's birthday on Tuesday. If you haven't had a poured chocolate cake from Christine's (just north of Hall Rd. and Hayes) then you really have never had chocolate cake. Stop in there for a poured chocolate cupcake!
