Did I forget something? Do I have enough underwear with me? Will I remember where I packed everything in my backpack? Kenyan Shillings. will it make sense for me? Will the animals attack me? Not really, I just won't be able to do anything about it when I figure out that I forgot something fundamental like my toothbrush ;). So, what are we (Freya and Me) going to do?

For the project we have three cooking points which makes Uji for other stations. Today one of these cookingpoints decided to cook for the assistants. Of course, I went to that particular station because having some fun and new experience is preferable to doing the same old thing everyday! So, what was on the menu? Chicken with chapati. As european as I am, I didn't expect one of the assistants to come in the morning with a chicken. alive! So, what was the plan? African women are really hard workers!

On sunday we decided to climb Kyome. The locals refer to it as Kyome STONE but I my eyes this is a mountain. The climb made me realize that I really need some work out. We had to take a bus to Mwingi at the country bus station in Nairobi. As usual, some guys thought that we wazungu were in need of help. They took us to the right bus bus once again they started asking for money because they brought us there? We told them to get real and to leave us alone. which in the end, they did. Apparently even a small friendly service is not for free here in Nairobi. We didn't give them money but ended up paying 300ksh p.p for the bus instead of 200ksh. Bastards! Speaking of Nairobi...
