You will need to remove the old pulley from your motor. Now slide on the new, larger pulley and note that the pulley tin will need to be trimmed a bit in order to fit. There is no way around this so don't forget it! Below is a shot of the tin where it needs to be trimmed. They have one for the 009 and one for the vacuum advance distributors. Now remove the rotor, dust cover (if you have one), and wire that goes to the coil. Oh yeah, and the vacuum hose if needed. Next remove the distributor. This is easy just undo the 13mm nut that holds the bracket and wiggle it out. Now remove the points. Next remove the condenser.
