Monday, July 5, 2010. Friday, July 2. Sylvan Lake Retreat welcomes campers for the return of FamJam. For those who are able, come set up your tent, plant your folding chair in a prime spot by the fire, and enjoy an all-you-can-eat weenie roast. Please bring a prepared side dish to pass. Dogs, buns and condiments provided. Since Chad and I don't have a tent, we had to be creative setting up our camp. We ended up with a fort made from an air mattress, a sheet, and a lot of heavy books. Saturday, July 3.

Saturday, October 24, 2009. Unfortunately, there is a small problem with the ride home. See the red dot on the map? That is the last bus stop between school and my apartment. I can ride to the red dot, but it takes most of my energy to do so. The tiniest hill, unnoticed in a car, becomes a mountain on a bike. She's a very sweet girl who loves to talk! Every day it seems like her vocabulary just expands times 10! She is able to tell us most of the time what she wants. Oh, and she's pretty much potty trained! Here is a picture of our big girl! The other big news is that Aydia is going to be a big sister! In like 3-4 weeks! Long baby I'm growing!
