Navigating the Gray: June 2009
http://navigatingthegray.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 12, 2009. I got to explore the huge city hall, which was eerily empty. Also went to see the Pierce-Arrow car museum. I don't know much about cars, but that red Thunderbird was drool worthy. And of course, when in Rome.or rather, Buffalo, you have to eat wings at the Anchor Bar! Friday, June 5, 2009. For a more in-depth photo gallery, go here. Public hot springs foot bath, Yehliu Park, National Palace Museum, Taroko Gorge, Shinto temple, Shilin night market). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
Navigating the Gray: Outbreak
http://navigatingthegray.blogspot.com/2010/08/outbreak.html
Monday, August 16, 2010. On our trip to Uganda's Queen Elizabeth National Park (QENP), we learned that five men were found dead in the park near one of the lakes. It was quite a mystery for the game wardens, since there seemed to be no causes for their deaths. There were no bullet wounds or trauma on the bodies, yet they had died during the night. Navigating the Gray: April 2009
http://navigatingthegray.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 4, 2009. I have a time machine.it runs on booze and sadness and only travels to tomorrow. So today's post is about randomness - hence the random quote above and the random pictures below that were taken in the past few weeks. During Tibet week at Emory, prayer flags were strung across the quad:. I was early to class (for once):. JW made breakfast for me - egg and onion pancake with turkey sausages:. My friend and I went to see the Terracotta Soldiers exhibit at the High Museum:.
Navigating the Gray: French is Exhausting
http://navigatingthegray.blogspot.com/2010/06/french-is-exhausting.html
Sunday, June 13, 2010. Besides Kinyarwanda, French used to be the official language of Rwanda, but since 2009 it has been replaced by English. Though school children are now being taught English, the older generations have taken longer to adjust and therefore, there is a melange of languages everywhere you go. Around the office, I hear all three languages intermingled and sometimes with Swahili thrown in, just for the fun of it. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Welcome to our blog. DROP -JP St Fashion.

navigating the grey
A community orientated approach to discussing the grey areas of life and learning to navigate them together. Friday, September 08, 2006. I know this key chain has gerat potential to diminish the respect that some of you may have for me but let me explain. I recieved this as a gift from one of my friends who recently went to Cuba. Not knowingly they gave out key chains as a memorable trinket of their trip. This was the only one with such a profound message. I was the one who received it. Links to this post.

Navigating the Journey | living life with a learner's permit
Living life with a learner's permit. June 27, 2011. Originally called Cerrioats, Cheerios. Debuted 70 years ago in June, 1941. A technological marvel during that time, creative minds dreamed up Cheerios from whole grain oats and months of trial-and-error figuring out how to puff the oats. Through heating balls of dough, then shooting them out of a puffing gun at 100 mph, the puffed Os we know today were born. I love Cheerios, but my appreciation for them has grown stronger having a 9-month-old daughter!
