Yes, she is half naked . and going to marry . I saw her at Ndere Centre. She was representing A Karimojong Lady, who is getting married. Through dancing. Somebody took her photo and I painted her in 2010. She" costs 150 $ :). Uganda's remote northeast region that borders Kenya and the Sudan, with Ethiopia not far away. The Karimojong, people who are proud of their traditional way of life as semi - nomadic herders, live and die for cattle. You can find more about Uganda's Land of Nomad Warriors just here.
