http://paulandjosclyn.blogspot.com/2013/04/1001-arabian-nights.html
Monday, April 22, 2013. 1,001 Arabian Nights. When we first moved over here, my dad bought me a copy of Power, Faith, and Fantasy. By Michael Oren. It’s basically the entire history of the relations between the United States and the Middle East region. A long book to be sure, but quite interesting. That’s where I learned that at one point the US had a camel cavalry! One of the other things that I remember reading was about how a book titled One Thousand and One Arabian Nights. And to end, I thought I wou...

Paul & Josclyn in Abu Dhabi: September 2012
http://paulandjosclyn.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 30, 2012. Let’s Go Kick Some Hunny Buns! 8211; Part 2. We struggled to get out of bed at a decent time the next morning. When we finally got up and headed down to find some breakfast/brunch, we asked the reception where a good place would be. They recommended “Youth Restaurant” but after walking 2x as long as they said it would take without finding it, we settled on a random restaurant that looked popular with the local crowd. The day wouldn’t be complete without some snack breaks.

Paul & Josclyn in Abu Dhabi: Faire Du Ski Dans Les Alpes
http://paulandjosclyn.blogspot.com/2013/08/faire-du-ski-dans-les-alpes.html
Tuesday, August 6, 2013. Faire Du Ski Dans Les Alpes. It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I wanted to make sure that I caught up on this year’s trips before we head home. Some of us got packed a little more quickly than others…. No biggie. We just booked a hotel near the airport and spent our first day getting acquainted with a little bit of Geneva’s waterfront… which was freezing! It was quite the treat. Sorry if I was grumpy when I first answered the phone…. The bus to Geneva’s city center. Making...

The sticky residue on my skin drives me insane, but I am still too new to this country to give it up, and too vain to go the sunburned package tourist route. So the feel of that first juicy fat drop of rain on my ski...
