Established December 4, 1993. Wednesday, May 18, 2011. It's official Brittany is on her way to Brazil! She left Salt Lake this morning and left Detroit at 5pm to Brazil. She arrives there tomorrow morning.10 and a half hour flight! That is a crazy long flight. Here is one of the pictures he sent me. Incase you can't tell she's the 4th from the left. Can you believe that a man that works in the airport sent this! Thank you kind stranger! So she is officially gone.I am so proud of her! What a great picture!

Now that Im into my 50's and heading towards empty-nester status. now what? Afterall, I am Still Standing! Monday, December 31, 2012. Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies. I got this recipe from a massage therapist I worked with many many years ago when I first worked for a Chiropractor. I usually only make these during the holidays. They are delicious! 2 1/2 c flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 c butter (real). 1 c brown sugar. 2 2/3 cups coconut. 24oz milk chocolate chips. Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
