Archive for February, 2009. On February 28, 2009 1 Comment. Great weigh-in this week. I wasn’t expecting to lose anything and I lost 1.2! Only 1.8 to go. I woke up starving though so I made a pita sandwich filled with egg whites, FF cheddar and spinach. Delish! Also, the tiny white meringues are 1 calorie each and taste just like Lucky Charms marshmallows, which I can’t eat because of gelatin… so I might get these to add to cereal hehe. Archive for June, 2009. Chock Full o’ Nutz. On June 30, 2009 5 Comments. Circuit 3 – 3 sets target 12-15 reps:. Dumbbell Flye @ 15lbs. One arm row @15-20lbs. Swiss ball leg curl. Front raise @ 10lbs. Zottman curl @ 10 lbs. I plan on rearranging these workouts so I utilize the same type of bench (incline/flat) on the same workout – I hate taking up two benches hehe. Egg white/pepper scramble stuffed in a pita with cream cheese and cucumber on the side. I was still hungry so I munched an apple with PB.

This is probably the best SF syrup I have tasted and it is super thick. I also had a few strawberries. Perfect. Yummy oikos, strawberries and almonds. Bento from yesterday: sauteed veggies, boca w/ ketchup, strawberries and celery, corn on the cob and sweet potato w/ butter and cinnamon. Now, like Gina. Plain unadulterated brown-bag popcorn.

Chicken and Potatoes in Silan. 8-10 Pieces of Chicken. 4 Sweet Potatoes Diced. 2-3 Large Onions Sliced. 1 Rub chicken with spices. 2 In a Oven Pan Place potatoes and put chicken on top. 3 Pour Silan over Chicken and potatoes. 5 Add 1/2 Cup of water.
