Here be some of my animation work, most work was done for a purpose, most of which, i tend to forget. Monday, 6 August 2007. Linetest for our third year graduation film, Cyren. First linetest of the woman transforming into a monster. This was the initial motion that I built the mutation up upon. Here be some of my animation work, most work was done for a purpose, most of which, i tend to forget. Tuesday, 7 August 2007. Industrial chimney smoke loop. Industrial chimney smoke loop. A late smoke loop done in an afternoon as extra effects for the film Cyren. The shot can loop continuously. The animation was done straight off with charcoal, the idea was to create more of a tonal feel, but due to the need for accuracy this was slightly lost. On the main page,. Smoke test for the trail of dust that comes up after a guard slides into shot. I think it works ok, but a bit too hasty on turning the force of the slide into the slow dust cloud. I studied a degree in Animation at Bournemouth Arts Institute. I now spend my time working on new material and showing it at conventions. Being heavily influenced by western superhero comics in the past I've now decided to move away from that and develop a more European style that's unique to myself.
