http://killmersinjapan.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Our time in Osaka, Japan. Sunday, February 28, 2010. Flat Stanley's cousin, Flat Wyatt comes to visit. One of Karen's friends from NC has a nephew who's class is in the midst of reading about the adventures of Flat Stanley which means. all the kids prepare to embark on adventures of their own. I was thrilled when Mel asked if Flat Wyatt could come for a visit! I have such fond memories of our kids doing this same project when we were at Sanford School). Here's Flat Wyatt on his first scooter ride! They s...

Killmers In Japan: Lost and Found!
http://killmersinjapan.blogspot.com/2011/05/lost-and-found.html
Our time in Osaka, Japan. Sunday, May 29, 2011. Then Jesus told them this parable. Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep! And rejoicing we are! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Bet, Dan and family.

A Tale of Two Titus Tots: It's Fun to Swim at the YMCA...
http://matterintitus.blogspot.com/2015/08/its-fun-to-swim-at-ymca.html
Tuesday, August 11, 2015. It's Fun to Swim at the YMCA. Ashleigh had her first ever swim lessons last week. She has always loved "swimming" in the water, and by that I mean she enjoys getting in the pool or ocean, but she doesn't know how to swim and she will only jump in if she is holding onto your hands. This was how she jumped into the water on the first day of lessons. And this is how she jumped into the water on the third day of lessons! This week, she learned so much! August 12, 2015 at 4:35 PM.

A Tale of Two Titus Tots: September 2014
http://matterintitus.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Marvelous Miriam (16 months). In September, Miriam turned 16 months old. She is becoming fiercely independent and showing development growth each and every day! She seems to learn at least one new skill every day! Her new favorite sign is "more." She uses this sign a lot at the dinner table. This girl likes to eat! Her last 2 molars finally came in. Good grief, that was NOT fun (for her, or for anyone else in this house! She ate her first apple, and she loved it! Gotta love e...

Duckpond Photography and Design. Bits and Pieces I Want to Remember About Anna at 21 Months. Bull; March 27, 2012 • 0 Comments. Anna has become good at recognizing stop signs, and she is very excited about them. We just flipped her carseat to forward-facing, which means she can see the stop signs when we’re driving not just on walks. Whenever we are stopped at one, I hear a very enthusiastic, high-pitched Stop SIGN! Which is often followed by […]. Read more →. Bull; November 10, 2011 • 1 Comment. My cous...

waves of earl grey: My musical influence
http://amberlysadventure.blogspot.com/2011/10/my-musical-influence.html
Waves of earl grey. Life in the real world. Saturday, October 8, 2011. Having moved to Japan at 13 years old and coming back to the United States at 16 meant that I missed a lot of the current music. To this day people still are amazed that I haven't heard of some the big songs/artists of those years. This is what I was influenced by (and sang every time I went to karaoke) as a teenager:. Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? The scariest part is that I still remember a lot of the words! Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!

Waves of earl grey. Life in the real world. Thursday, February 25, 2010. I know its a bit late, but, wow. to summarize my trip to South Africa seems like a daunting task. My time in the southern hemisphere was rejuvenating, encouraging and exciting! I went to South Africa purely as a vacation trip! Its one of the few vacations I have had without family obligations, mission trip involvement, and no list of things I had to do! Quick Overview of the trip:.
