Typographics — Off the Page and into the World with Stephen Doyle
http://2016.typographics.com/schedule/off-the-page-and-into-the-world
Off the Page and into the World. This presentation will explore the idea that words are people too. They have free will, volition, experience happiness and cast shadows. Going beyond typography to the power of language as cultural connective tissue, Doyle’s credo is that words are more trustworthy, and memorable, when they live in the same world of dimension and gravity that we inhabit. This talk took place Saturday, June 18, 2016, at 11:30am as part of the main Typographics conference schedule.
