My legs are shot, shoulders are shot and am pumped for the Open announcement tonight. Tuesday looked like this:. ODD: Front Squat 280 x 7. EVEN: Push Press 195 x 7. 1 Rep Hang Clean from Mid Thigh. 255 Hang Clean from Mid Thigh. With the 9 am class-. Open WOD 11.4. 60 Bar facing Burpees. I broke this up a lot and know I can easily get a lot more.

The day started with some conditioning though. Worked up by 10# til Failure. Then I went right into Regional WOD 11.3. I was beat up and it showed. My posterior was shot from the last few days. I have gone with Doug Chapman and hope that he can take me to the next level of my athletic career. Just this week I hit a 285# Snatch, did 30 MU's 3:09, and did Amanda in 3:43. Some time ago I completed my M.Sc in Computing Science at the University of Alberta. Where I worked with Paul Lu's. High-performance and meta computing research group.
