Sunday, June 29, 2008. We started our 10 day exploration of Turkey in the capital - Istanbul (formerly Constantinople. Europe's most populous city and one of the most historically rich destinations in the world. Monday, June 15, 2009. Tour O Balkans, the saga continues. Bailey getting lifted onto the truck on her way to the doctor. So we arrived in Zagreb and bailey died right outside the Sheraton. The nice concierge men helped us push her into a spot across the street and we waited for Monday to arrive so we could have her towed to the MINI dealership. Saturday, February 16, 2008. This weekend we made a short day trip down the Montenegrin coast to Bar and Ulcinj. We stopped in Bar and visited the old city, Stari Bar. It was built way back in the day, Romans, and still surives today. Enough though a few earthquakes have destoryed most of the oldest parts, some still survive. After a quick tour, we eat some lunch in a cafe in Bar and then headed south to Ulcinj. Ulcinj is the southern most city in Montenegro just north of the board with Albania.
