Ok, Maybe Just a Sliver. Wednesday, July 10, 2013. These cookies are really yummy! They have that delightful flavor of your momma's banana cookies, but the oatmeal gives them some texture and keeps them from falling apart. 3 cups whole wheat flour. 1 cup packed brown sugar. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 3 sticks butter, softened (1 1/2 c). 3 1/2 cups oats. 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional). Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Ok, Maybe Just a Sliver. Saturday, March 1, 2014. This is Snickers heaven on a plate. 1 package chocolate fudge cake mix. 1 sm package instant chocolate pudding mix. 1 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup canola oil. 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted. Ok, Maybe Just a Sliver. Sunday, October 20, 2013. Linguini with Spicy Red Cream Sauce. This is one of my most favorite pasta recipes. Seriously, this one is RESTAURANT good. It's a little bit spicy (and can be more or less spicy) and just plain delicious. And the best part: it takes 15 minutes to make! 1 box of linguine. 2 cans diced tomatoes (I like the "roasted" ones). 4 1/2 cups water. 6 chicken or vegetable bullion cubes. 1 onion, chopped. 1/4 cup olive oil. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.

Ok, Maybe Just a Sliver: August 2012
http://okmaybejustasliver.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Ok, Maybe Just a Sliver. Wednesday, August 22, 2012. This is really nice, creamy Lip Gloss! It turned out awesome and we had a blast making it. You can use any flavors or colors, or any combination. We made chocolate peppermint, raspberry vanilla, coconut raspberry, and root beer. Lots of possibilities! 3 TBS Petroleum Jelly. 1 TBS grated beeswax. 6 candy melts or 2-3 TBS chocolate chips. 1 tsp almond oil. Extract flavors, oils, and/or food color. Its easy to add more but impossible to take it out!
