He finished high school at Herdman Collegiate in Corner Brook and then attended Memorial University graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Get to Know Jim. If you successfully registered before the deadline you will receive a voters package from the Liberal Party of Newfoundland and Labrador. It will contain a unique Personal Identification Number(PIN) that you will need to vote. The voting period is between 8am November 8th to 12 noon November 17th, and you will be able to vote online or via telephone. If you have not received your voters package by November 12th please call 1-866-726-7116 and let them know and they will issue you a new PIN.
