No Longer An Orphan. Posted 5 years ago. We obtained all of Midlaine’s paperwork from the orphanage that first day; then we headed to the hotel. The next day we received word of a tuberculosis scare at the orphanage and that they weren’t letting any of the kids out for the current bonding trip. Midlaine had been tested and was negative but Mitchella and Robinio are still awaiting testing. We are trusting God that they’ll be fine. Midlaine was now a US citizen! Midlaine was finally home!
