Norwich Krav Maga Classes. ABD Norwich Instructors Certified In CT707 Krav Maga. Angel Ayala, Kayla Fritz-Stomberg, Nir Maman, Sandra Hoinsky, Josh Hesser 9/14. In September 2014, America's Best Defense Norwich instructors Kayla Fritz-Stomberg and Angel Ayala underwent a four-day course to certify as CT707 Krav Maga instructors. Both were successful in attaining this recognition under the system's founder, Nir Maman. Charlie McShane from ABD Norwich certified in this course in 2012.

I do like doing the Mauy Thai forms, but I do stress out (alot) if I make a mistake, and throw a jab instead of a cross, or hold the pads to the left instead of the right. I REALLY like doing the Krav Maga that we are doing this cycle! It's a great self defense, it's awsome stress relief, and we get to throw our punches, knees or kicks out of order!
