Sunday, February 22, 2015. Not By My Strength. Okay, I have a confession. I am weak.so weak. Every single day is a battle. I wage war in my thoughts, in my surroundings, and in my actions. I want to quit. I want to sleep in and not work out in the mornings. I want to return to former eating habits - mainly eating out or grabbing fast food on the way home for dinner. But I don't. It has nothing to do with me, and it has absolutely everything to do with Him - Jesus. Thank God for this verse!

Sunday, December 28, 2014. I have set about ten goals and created ten plans of things I want to do in 2015. I am going to share three of those with you today. One of my goals is to lose at least 50 pounds during the year. I am going to set milestones and celebrate those milestones for every 20 pounds I lose. I am going to reach these goals by eating cleaner, working out for at least 15 minutes daily, and tracking what I eat. I have enlisted accountability to help me stay focused. Allison K. Whisman.
