Notes from a recipe box. Friday, January 18, 2013. Ham and Eggs Hash-Brown Nests. This one is easy to make and perfect for a brunch. I use ham as the meat here but any thin sliced meat will do. I also love to add sautéed mushrooms in-between the eggs and ham. I used fresh spinach for this recipe but like most of my recipes feel free to use any other fresh greens you like. Leftover spaghetti is one of my favorites but when I have some other things to mix in with it I get really excited. What? Food excites me. This dish was calling my name as I searched through the fridge for some kind of meal idea. I had some left over sausage stuffed mushrooms from a party and the asparagus was begging me to use it in something fun. One helping of leftover spaghetti. 1-2 TBS of olive oil.

For this recipe I used a tempeiro marinade which traditionally is made of just limes, salt and a lot of garlic. I have added a few more ingredients to this one but by all means feel free to keep it traditional. 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
