I was luckily enough to spend last week in Melbourne, Australia, the result of a rather snap decision on the back of cheap flights, wanderlust and the realisation that my current time-rich situation will be fleeting and that do I really have to ‘use it or lose it’. Life is short and there are adventures to be had. So I booked my flights, found myself a hostel and started dreaming of proper coffee and art galleries.
