Scarf artfully draped over her unbuttoned coat, bare hands clutching opposing shoulders, legs clad in thin red lacy tights shaking beneath a short green cotton skirt. My GOD, I'm dying out here. First up was my old cheongsam - having been bought second hand it was always tight at the hips and shoulders but a little saggy at the tummy (always needed a belt and was awkward to walk/sir in, but oh so pretty! Ive ironed it since these photos were taken, its looking better. I wore it out as soon as Id finished it and felt like a million pounds. Notes In The Margin. View my Tags page.

Monday, July 28, 2008. Reflections on Band Camp. Well, we made it through band camp. The music continues to develop as does our playing and marching abilities. I don't think I am far off in saying that this was the hardest two weeks for many of the band members. No one quit though! That is exciting news to me. We should have closer music posted on the website very soon, so look for it daily. We will be phasing in a new marching shoe this year- the MTX. New members may only buy the MTX. Links to this post.
