На вкус баклажаны получаются как грибы. 1 Хорошо вызревшие, но не перезревшие, баклажаны среднего размера вымыть, надрезать на 2/3 по длине, плотно уложить в кастрюлю или банку, перекладывая баклажаны зеленью (укропом, эстрагоном) и посыпая каждый ряд солью. Соли взять 2-3% от веса баклажанов, зелени не более 5%. Готовность баклажан наступит через 1-1,5 месяца.

April 10, 2016. رها کردن گذشته خیلی سخته . اون خاطره ها و روزای خووووب! روزایی که آدم ها هنوز تغییر نکرده بودن و همه ی دلخوشی من این بود که دستامو بگیره و نوازشم کنه. سال هاست او تغییر کرده و من از او متنفر شدم . دیگر نه از بلندی های این شهر خوشم می اید نه از کافه های رنگارنگش. نه به خاطر این که نیست که دیگر بغلم کند، به خاطر این که هر چیز تاریخ مصرف دارد و تاریخ این رابطه مدت ها پیش تمام شده و برای من رفتن تنها راه باقی مانده است. شروع یک زندگی تازه بدون او . بدون خاطرات او.
