Thursday, June 25, 2009. What we have been up to. I can't believe how fast the summer is going. We have been enjoying our days with no real schedule. The girls love staying up late. I love sleeping later. We had VBS. At our church in Newnan. And then we went to VBS. At our old church at Cedar Grove. Allie went to VBS. For eight straight days. Avery was sick a few days. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. A lot has been going on lately. Recently, Allie was one of two kids to represent her class in the Bible Bowl at school. She did well and we are very proud of her. Jackie, my mom, Allie, Avery, and I went to see Mary Poppins at the Fox. It was a great show and my kids first time at the fabulous Fox. It was a long show, about 2 1/2 hours. Avery did great. Friday, May 29, 2009. Allie getting her awards from Mrs. Cannon. The girls and Grandma. Well, the bunk beds had to be assembled by us. Avery was really into it. I think she is going to be like me and like to put stuff together. She went and got all her "Handy Manny" tools and "helped" me a lot. She actually is good at going to get stuff. Without having much luck, I decided to search the Internet. On the McCormick web site. I found a recipe that interested me. With a five star rating, the recipe sounded good!
