Thursday, December 31, 2009. Wednesday, December 16, 2009. Damian lost his first tooth! But where was the tooth? We searched the bedroom, moving pillows, furniture, etc, but couldn't find it. We told Damian to get ready for bed while we looked. Then we heard Damian exclaim that the tooth was in the toilet! Apparently, the tooth must have still been somewhat attached and when he was going potty, it fell right in! Funny place to find a tooth. Congratulations on losing your first tooth! Saturday, July 17, 2010. They love daddy, but Caitlin might love corn more. A few nights ago, Damian said to daddy, "When I grow up I want to work where you work." Matt asked, "How come? He answered, "Because I think it would be fun to work with you and grandpa." How sweet. :). She didn't hesitate to answer, "Corn." I said, "Don't tell daddy that! Saturday, September 26, 2009. Caitlin and Bridget's 2nd Birthday Party. Caitlin and Bridget had their 2nd birthday party today at Jon and Rachel's house. They had a great time playing outside (as you can see below). They are so funny together! Unfortunately Bridget wasn't feeling well and missed part of the party. :( I hope she feels better soon! Saturday, May 30, 2009. Today we had a party at our house with some of Damian's friends. This was our first try at a kid's party and we survived! It was a hot day which gave us a perfect opportunity to use Damian's new wading pool (from G&G Leslie) and slip n' slide (from G&G McCoy). We had a bug theme complete with bug cupcakes and a (plastic) bug hunt in the yard. The favors were bug containers with gummy worms inside. Caitlin slept through the whole thing!
