I thought for my first one I’d write about something I love and I really love honey. And bees! I had to look into it. As a food, honey offers antioxidants, antimicrobial and antibacterial properties! This means its good for almost anything, from sore throats to hangovers! Honey can even be a great pre-workout – the glucose is absorbed quickly and creates an energy boost!
