Friday, February 12, 2010. NYC Cocktail All-Stars: A Night for Old-Timers at PDT. So it snowed on Wednesday. A lot. That wasn't going to keep me from going to the third and last Cocktail All-Stars event. If I could make it into the office, I sure as hell could make it to a PDT. Currently Featuring Classic Cocktails Made With. Saturday, November 28, 2009. Vodka as it was and could be. My latest curiosity: I intend to manufacture a bottle or two of each of these over the next few months. As for my Starka, I have already begun to age several liters of Vodka in charred Hungarian Oak. I also intend to begin aging my bitters, which is marked by several signature Russian flavors: Kvas, Mopc, and Tarragon. Stay tuned. Vodka flavored with an infusion of dried lemon and orange peels.
