Sunday, December 21, 2008. Another snowy day in Kennewick. I have plenty of snow angels in my yard ;-). Ellie was trying to bury her brother and since I was shoveling the driveway. I thought I would help. Ellie taking a rest on her snow couch. Ellie has the most cheesiest grin and I try to get to say something so that it doesn't look so forced. this picture she is saying "macaroni and cheese". Hayden doing yet another snow angel. Friday, April 3, 2009. Today was our last chance to hike during the spring break and the kids wanted to hike Bateman Island again. Last time we stuck to the East side of the island so today we did the west. Using 'Paint' program on my computer I highlighted the trails we hiked. The purple is what we did on Monday and red is what we did today. Since the kids wanted to picnic, we each had our backpacks with our lunch and drinks. The view from our lunch spot. Hayden at Vista point. She did that about 5 times.

Wednesday, September 12, 2007. Ellie is growing up and her face is changing. It is becoming less baby-like. :-( I guess that is a part of life that you just have to accept whether you want to or not. Here are some pictures that were taken on Sept 1st. We were playing around with her blanket. She is a happy girl. This past weekend Ellie was at her dad's and he fell down some stairs face first. Poor baby girl! All of the scabs have fallen off. It is now just a little red on her upper lip. What's up with us.

Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Since I am having trouble posting pictures on Facebook, I decided I should blog. I can't believe that I haven't posted anything since April. Time is going by too quickly. The kids and I found a great little house right outside of Newport in a quiet little neighborhood that has private access to the beach. It was a lot easier when it was just Hayden and I but life wouldn't be complete without Ellie! Monday, January 28, 2008. Playing in the Snow. It was a crazy weekend of weather. Saturday it was freezing rain and Sunday it snowed from 5 am until about 7:30 pm. We received more than 8 inches of snow. Monday school was canceled for Hayden and I and it would only be fitting if we went out and played in it. :-). Monday, June 23, 2008. I had family pictures done at Sears about a month ago and we had a blast. Ellie enjoyed it most of all which you will be able to tell my the following pics. Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Last week we, Hayden and I, went camping for 6 days! Our neighbors Jim and Heather wanted to thank us for watching their dogs on their many adventures this summer. We went to Hawk's creek campground at Lake Roosevelt. Tenting camping with a vault toilet. There was running water but you had to continually pump it and keep the water going and it was treated with Iodine which isn't the best thing for someone who has a thyroid condition. Caught a fish. getting ready to net it.
