But some have a combination of jaw-dropping vistas, wildlife, lakes and waterfalls, fishing, and of course wildflowers, that make them rise to the top of our list:. 8212; the most beautiful lake in the park (seriously tough people continue on the Black Lake — if only to see Ribbon Falls.). What's blooming today in Rocky Mountain National Park? Found these Bluebell Bellflowers on the Lulu City trail out of the Colorado River Trailhead. Ok, I admit it, I’ve previously published these flowers under the name Harebell. But these were so spectacular against the mossy cliff that they bear repeating. 2 days ago August 30, 2016. 3 days ago August 29, 2016.
