observations of an ordinary life

Observations of an ordinary life. Sunday, May 26, 2013. Thursday, November 1, 2012. The owl was perched in the oak tree next to our bedroom window. We do not get these visitors very often. So it seemed fitting that in the wee hours after Halloween night that we should have an owl pay us a visit. After about 10 more minutes of it's call, it decided to go to a different location. And no, it did not deliver a letter or parcel from Hogwarts. ;-). A wise old owl sat in an oak. The more he saw the less he spoke.

observations of an ordinary life: October 2012

http://observationsofanordinarylife.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html

Observations of an ordinary life. Sunday, October 21, 2012. Sunday, October 14, 2012. How beautifully leaves grow old. How full of light and color are their last days. Thursday, October 11, 2012. Love this post title. Today is 10-11-12. I didn't even think about it until the receptionist at the doctor's office mentioned the date to us as we were checking out. A routine checkup, so nothing to worry about. :-). I can't even have a ceiling fan running in my bedroom while I sleep. :-/. Don't they look good?

I must say that our family had a wonderful Christmas. Spending time with family was tops on our list. Followed by all the awesome tasting food/drinks. Music. Lights. Seeing the reaction of peoples faces when opening gifts. Yes, these are a few of my favorite things. :-). My hubby and brother all pooped out. My oldest b...

Observations of a Part Time Cabbie. Monday, February 25, 2013. Last night was a slow night. It was raining and there weren't many people enjoying a night out in downtown Portsmouth. Due to life's circumstances I was forced to start later than I normally would. All the makings of a non profitable night. HAHA, I bet you do! Do you like giving me a ride." She snickered. Highlight of my night." I snap back. She was quiet for a few seconds then she asked "Can I rub you nipples? Needless to say I was shocked!
