A weight loss and exercise journal. Tuesday, October 21, 2008. I guess I won't be losing 13 pounds in the next 30 days! Maybe I should set smaller more manageable goals. Like: lose 1 lb this week as I start exercising again. I did about 30 minutes of yoga and pilates yesterday, and that was plenty! A weight loss and exercise journal. Sunday, November 20, 2011. I'm already behind on my running schedule! I got my "week 1, day 2" run done on Thursday. It went really well. But then I was supposed to do "week 1, day 3" on Saturday. But I was basically out of the house all day and couldn't squeeze it in anywhere. Boo! Here's hoping this week goes better. A weight loss and exercise journal. Monday, January 9, 2012. But I knew that however I was feeling, it wasn't healthy. Something was very wrong. So I took a hard look at the way I was feeling. And I read some information about my medication that had me wondering if it was partially responsible. Could it actually be making me feel worse? A weight loss and exercise journal. Monday, November 24, 2008. I've been to Curves three times now. It was VERY hard to get out of bed this morning. I almost convinced myself to stay home. But my fat cells aren't going to burn themselves off! So I pulled myself out of the house into the 24 degree freezing air at 6:30 am. And once again, it felt great! Thursday, November 20, 2008. Here it goes again.for real this time. I have been driving past the Curves. Let me tell you: It was SO worth it!

What a wonderful group of women, (and kiddos too.). Thursday, December 15, 2011. Sometime has come. I made a batch of my rolls this morning so we could have some with the wonderful soup that I made yesterday for dinner tonight. Here is the recipe. 1 pkg yeast, 1/4 cup warm water (combine, set aside). 1 stick butter, melted. 4 cups flour (or a little less). In 1/4 cup warm water, dissolve the yeast and set aside. After pouring the butter/milk/egg mixture into the mixing bowl, mix in 2 cups of the flour.

My mom used bread stuffing in our holiday turkeys and it wasn't until I married my husband that I was introduced to Wild Rice Stuffing. Since our marriage I have used this instead of the bread stuffing that most of us are familiar with. I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. I hope that you might try it sometime. It also makes a great side dish for other meals. 65279; 1 pkg. Wild Rice-a-Roni. 1 can water chestnuts (chopped).
