这一年还是读了些书，大概有这么几本 邱会作回忆录 ，这个和李作鹏、吴法宪的对照着看很有意思，明年看看 军人永胜 ，犯愁的是一直没有好的版本。 活在别人的历史里 和 记忆的容颜 ，个人比较喜欢口述史，按理说这行唐德刚是瓢把子了，可不太喜欢唐老的夹叙夹议的叙事方式，还真喜欢李菁这种淡然的描述手法，现在崔永元也搞这个了，明年了解一下。 这一年还看了一些盗版电影，有新的有老的，下面这几部以个人观点打了5星 神鬼奇谋 ，很多人没看过吧 确实也不值5星，但我就是打了，有一星就是为了那老杀手。 最后是 十二生肖 ，可能很多人给他打3星甚至2星，因为我觉得这是近年来真正的成龙作品，和以往一样奇巧、诙谐、凌乱、有序，还带着点说教，又承接了我喜欢的 龙兄虎弟 和 飞鹰计划。 一是办案人真的认为此罪主观恶性不大，为什么呢 总觉得打的也不是什么好人，老百姓整不好还觉得是 为民除害 的行为呢。 一是被害人的衣着、被害后遗容不符 二是杀人手段不符 三是作案时间不符 四是对被害人身高特征描述不符。 从网上看到的判决书 那时判决书真简陋 看，给聂树斌定罪主要证据是聂树斌的供述和对凶杀现场和埋赃物地点的指认，被抓获的原因是 群众反映。
