This represented the 424 people, of which 79% classed their property as the main place of residence. What the Council have done. 67% of respondents indicated their were parking problems. 64% of people were unaware what the Parish Council do. 48% of people did not know that agendas and minutes were available at the Post Office.

Old Hunstanton Flower Festival and Summer Fete. The flower festival takes place in the beautiful setting of St Mary’s Church, Old Hunstanton, which dates back to the 14th century. Old Hunstanton is a coastal village at the furthest tip of North-West Norfolk. In April2007 the boundaries of Old Hunstanton were redrawn which gave an enlarged village community. The Parish contains 317 dwellings of which 106 are holiday homes. The cottage is approximately 3 minutes walk away from the beautiful sandy beach of Old Hunstanton. The beach is unspoilt and rarely crowded. It is ideal for swimming, windsurfing and kite sailing. As the beach has bags of room on it is also great for beach cricket, beach hockey and football etc. An annual sand castle competition is held. The situation is ideal for walkers. Peddars Way / the coastal path passes just by the front door and there are many delightful walks to be had close by.
