The cottage is approximately 3 minutes walk away from the beautiful sandy beach of Old Hunstanton. The beach is unspoilt and rarely crowded. It is ideal for swimming, windsurfing and kite sailing. As the beach has bags of room on it is also great for beach cricket, beach hockey and football etc. An annual sand castle competition is held. The situation is ideal for walkers. Peddars Way / the coastal path passes just by the front door and there are many delightful walks to be had close by.
