Kicks, Turns and Kettlebells. Dancing through health and fitness! March 10, 2014. I dream of lululemon. Literally this stuff is absolutely divine. The quality of the material is amazing and will last you for a very long time through many great workouts. This clothing looks great even when you aren’t working out. I find myself wearing workout clothes more than regular clothes (oops senior in college status, yoga pants everyday). Yoga crops/full length pants. Is my favorite brand. Zip-up jacket –. For more...

Focusing on Nutrients! | Kicks, Turns & Kettlebells
https://kristenfogarty.wordpress.com/2014/03/05/focusing-on-nutrients
Kicks, Turns and Kettlebells. Dancing through health and fitness! March 5, 2014. One of the biggest challenges I have had is focusing my mindset on nutrient-based thinking versus calories. It is so easy to pick the food option with fewer calories, but these products can actually be harmful for your health. I used to stick with 100 calorie packs but these can have weird ingredients and no nutritional value. 100 calorie almond packages are great portion controlled snacks though! MY FAVORITE THING EVER!

Kicks, Turns and Kettlebells. Dancing through health and fitness! Why I’m #HappyIn21. April 21, 2014. 20 Days. Twenty more days until I cross that stage at the Verizon Wireless Arena. And receive my college diploma. It is unbelievable how fast college has gone by. Who I was my freshman year is definitely not who I am today. Throughout the journey, I saw this transition as a bad thing thinking, why am I changing? I thought college friends lasted forever? Is change a good thing? Inspired my whole class....
