As we finished the first lap, I got out of the water and switched back to my goggles for the second lap. This made all the difference in the world. I decided to do my run anyway, so went up and hopped on a treadmill. I ran 4 miles, but took it easy and felt pretty good during and after. I know there are different schools of thought about exercise when you're sick, but I felt a little better afterward, especially mentally. Really don't like skipping workouts! Week 8 - Monday.
