I have since copied and pasted it to 2 more frustrated members - it's just going back to basics and a few tips. If you need some focus - maybe this will help. Remember – with ANY successful weight loss program – you really only want to lose 1 – 2 pounds a week. And more likely - .8 to 1.5 is more normal – even when exercising (a lot). Focus on eating a combination of 2 or 3 of these things each time you eat;.
