Tuesday, January 5, 2016. The Year of Mercy. I have just returned from a visit to the orthopedic surgeon. He says my wrist is well on the way to healing, and that we won! I am not so quick, however, to pick up on emotional pain. There are so many ordinary-looking people all around me who are fighting their own extraordinary battles.
