Thursday, May 22, 2014. 8 Methods to Save Money at Target. I am in no. Way an extreme coupon queen (with regard to grocery shopping). In fact, more often than not I clip coupons with good intentions, they get lost in a pile on the kitchen counter, and I completely forget about them when I go grocery shopping. But I LOVE discounts and deals (who doesn't? And most of what I purchase is always on some sort of "sale." I am also an avid price comparer, especially. Visit coupons.target.com. Thursday, November 29, 2012. Project: Homemade Baby Food. I've made several small rounds of baby food lately, but last night and today I decided to prepare a bunch so I'd have a stockpile in the freezer. Since I chronicle recipes and baby stuff here, I wanted to record how and what I made for my reference, and maybe it might be useful to another mama too. We are still on first foods and not really mixing yet, so I chose the following foods:. 8 oz frozen bag. 16 oz frozen bag. Peel, mash with fork. To ser...

Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Whenever I'm asked What's new? I end up feeling really dull because I normally don't have an exciting answer to give. But.right now I have a few new things I want to document, one is more exciting than the other. Since January 2, I have lost 5 pounds! I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but I've worked hard for those 5 pounds! Dream job was to be a singer for a Disney movie (the old school animated kind). Let's face it, this is the closest I'm going to get to that. On Satu...

Tuesday, July 31, 2012. I joined instagr.am a while back but I am just now actually using it. And I'm now that annoying mom who takes a million pictures of my adorable children and posts them to Instagram/Facebook daily. Sorry. If you don't wanna see their sweet faces [why would you not? Then you can unfollow/unsubscribe. I thought it would be fun to frequently have posts solely comprised of my Instagrams with their captions, 'Insta-Posts' if you will. 073012 - 08.06.12]. Tuesday, December 18, 2012. A Day in the Life. When we have an appointment, it's pretty much an all-day affair between prepping, commuting, waiting, examination, commuting, and settling back in at home. I decided to tackle this appointment all by myself with both babies (a first for me). I'm stubborn and wanted to prove to myself that I'm a capable, independent twin mom who's "got this.". Ready to spread some Christmas cheer! Playing in the "safety zone" (amongst pillows). Wren with our IVF Nurse, Connie.

I added roughly diced small gold potatoes because I had some on hand and thought, why not? Early morning prep and clean up. Sharp cheddar cheese and top half of biscuit.

Sunday, May 25, 2014. I put off the purchase of organizational furniture for the kids' playroom for nearly an entire year. I dragged my feet partially because I just couldn't decide on what pieces I wanted to use, and partially because I wanted to avoid the expense.
