Crede quod habes, et habes. The northwest part of Maui. Offers some good routes and views for running. We just spent the last week over there with the whole family. We stayed in the Kapalua area near the Ritz Carlton. With the Seattle Rock and Roll a few days away, Gina and I. Did a few training runs of 3 to 5 miles. Crede quod habes, et habes. Went back to run on Cougar for the first time since Summer 09. Started at Issy HS and ran over to and up D’s favorite neighborhood on the east side of Squak, then up a third of Squak on Bullitt trail and over and down to cross hwy 900. Some of the trails look like they have not been used much lately which is consistent with my seeing only a few hikers today. The access to the Talus development above hwy 900 is almost completely grown over. 14 miles today took me 3 hours!
