Thursday, March 18, 2010. 2 mini goals reached on same day! Well, I lost 1.4 pounds on Wednesday morning so I didn't expect to lose much when I woke up this morning. Well, was I surprised when the scale told me I lost 1.8 pounds! I rubbed my eyes and stepped on the digital scale again. What? Not since the first week have I lost weight like this! Saturday, May 29, 2010. Round 2 Induction Starts TODAY! Well, my official weight loss during round 1, including maintenance is 41.6 pounds. The last week or so my weight has really leveled off, which is what I guess it was supposed to do. I kind of dread going back to the VLCD, but it worked so well before that I'm also kind of excited about it. Go figure. I will have photos up later today showing the before me and the now me.so we will have something to compare to the future me. :}. Welcome to my place!

I'm on summer vacation from teaching, but I'm doing research each day at a local university- -so I've been busy.
