Not too bad…. I am tentatively typing this out, incase the munchies grab me again and whisk me off to a giant bag of salt and vinegar crisps…but I have had the best week for aaaages this week, food and exercise wise. I have been to the gym every day for either a swim or a session in the gym, with actual weights and equipment! The boy and I have had some issues too, nothing that a few girls nights out wouldnt fix! I am considering joining a club/ team, tis probably the way to go…. Im hanging in there!

Let me preface this post by admitting to you, my dear readers, that I almost backed out of Bootcamp today. Yes, i know. Pathetic isnt it. I parked my car right out front of where all the Bootcamp ladies were to meet- just so I could suss out the situation. Tuesday, November 25, 2008. I have now lost a grand total of 10.6 kilograms on 13 weeks! My starting weight, all those weeks ago, was 106.5kgs. And now I weigh 94.kgs! Tuesday, November 18, 2008. I weighed in today and I have PUT ON .2kgs! As in, put some fat BACK ONTO my ass! Three sessions of death defying cardio, forty laps up and down those stairs, the most intese ab work outs of my life and I PUT ON.2KGS? I was really hoping to break the 10kg mark this week :(. Wednesday, November 19, 2008. Wednesday in Hellcamp: Session 5, Week 2. I realised I havent even posted a pic of me. Bad blogger! I feel much more positive about everything at the moment, which is fantastic. Im generally an upbeat person so I won't dwell on my weight gain for this week for two reasons. 1 It's that time of the month. I looked through my records and noticed I put on .7kgs exactly a month ago. Hmmm.co-incidence? So my theory is that surely this muscle has had some effect on my gain this week.

My attempt to make lasting changes to my body. I had quite a productive weekend – first, the training. Saturday was a gym trip for a full-body weights workout followed by half an hour on the bike. Sunday morning I hit the gym again for a full hour on the bike, then headed back later on in the day for a 1500m swim in 28mins with full kicking. The month that was. Well, January is over, 1 month of officially following The Plan ™. I can’t remember the last time I did 4 weeks of consistant exercise and food tracking, it must be at least a year since I managed more than 3 half-arsed days.
