We may not have it all together, but together we have it all! Sunday, April 25, 2010. On the brite side. We have been home for about three months now and things are doing better than when we first arrived home. We are all beginning to adjust and perhaps even find our own little groove. Putting the kids to bed is not perfect but is infinitely better than when we first started out. Last night I was even able to put the kids to sleep by myself! Here are some more photos. Raylene was bouncing at 6am this morning, not a normal occurrence in our home, but that is only because in 24hrs we will be boarding the plane to leave for Ethiopia to bring our kids home. Friday, June 5, 2009. Last Monday a friend of mine taught me how to make these incredible linking cubes. It is called Unit Origami and I love it! I spent more time than i would like to admit making this chain of linking cubes, but I enjoyed every moment. even when I got strange looks from friends and family who happened upon me while I was building it. I don't know if it is something that I will pursue, but it was great learning something new. Each cube takes 12 smaller pieces to make it.

Tuesday, September 7, 2010. So I had this brilliant vision of what I wanted my master bedroom to look like - and this wasn't it. This is very bland and very boring. Me no likey. This liquid nail stuff that we are using was the devil! It was so hard to work with and it got all over our hands and stayed for days. No fun at all. In the end we were happy with the finished project and quite proud of ourselves too! Even Matt said "Wow! The Finished Project - Ta Da! Misty it looks SO good! Way to go you two!

Tuesday, July 6, 2010. We have a little bun in the oven and are absolutely thrilled! These pictures were taken at 12 weeks and I just think that I have the most beautiful baby in the whole world. Sure some of you may think that my baby looks like an alien but I am so in love with this little thing! We find out what we are having in August.
